Vail Recreation District - Book Your Tee Time On-line

There is no fee for booking on our Website and all fees are due upon arrival at the course. Your credit card is not charged at time of booking.
Pass holders (Silver, Gold, Punch Cards) may book two days in advance for play on Monday through Thursday and one day in advance for play on Friday through Sunday.
Guest tee times can be booked a maximum of 60 days in advance. To receive the local's discount, tee times may be made seven days in advance.
No single player bookings are allowed, with a maximum of four tee time booking to any person or group. Five tee times or more constitutes an outing and requires a written contract with deposit. To book a group of five or more, call 970- 479-2260 ext. 3.
Cancellation Policy: Tee time reservations and/or changes to the booking must be made by phone or in person no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. If reservation or change to reservation is not cancelled by this time, the credit card holder may be held responsible for all applicable, posted full price fees for all players booked. Cancellation or changes cannot be made on the Website. You must call the golf shop at 970-479-2260.
