Corporate and Group Outings
Choose from a broad range of amenities and options that will best serve your group or corporate outing. The Vail Golf Club staff will help plan, organize and operate your tournament or event including tournament setup, scoring, tournament scoreboards and award presentations. Rental clubs for groups are available for $40 each and two weeks advanced notification is required to reserve more than 10 sets of clubs. Group packages are available for groups of 17 or more players and require a signed contract and deposit. Weddings
Celebrate your special day at the Vail Golf Club amidst aspen groves and amazing views of the Gore Mountain Range. Enjoy your ceremony on site at the wedding island, tucked along the Vail Golf Course and adjacent to the Gore Creek and surrounding White River National Forest. Then enjoy your reception at the golf club’s Happy Valley Grill, with five-star service and an exquisite culinary team who will create an experience that is tailored to your needs.

Located on the 18th hole of the Vail Golf Course, the Happy Valley Grill offers a casual, but elegant setting for small groups and large groups up to 120. Chef Andy Daquanni will work with you to create a custom-designed menu that will fit your needs and budget.
