Tumble, bounce and spin at the Vail Gymnastics Center, a 9,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility, which houses martial arts, trampoline, fencing and gymnastics. Toddler Bear gymnastics classes serve children as soon as they can walk, but VRD also coaches a competitive team. Walk-in guests are welcome to join classes, or competitive gymnasts can join the team for practices while they visit the area. This facility is available for rental for events including birthday parties. Drop-ins are welcome. Please call ahead.

Spring Break Gymnastics Camp- March 23-25
The Vail Gymnastics Center will offer children ages five and older an opportunity to flip, tumble and turn during a three-day camp, March 23-25. The camp also will include activities such as martial arts, fencing, hip hop lessons and more. The camp runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and enrollment is limited to 20 children. Costs are $115 for three days or $40 per day. Children are required to bring a lunch, gym clothing and winter clothes. Call 970-479-2287.

Martial Arts | Information
The Gymnastics Center partners with Master Mathew Bayley and the Vail Academy of Martial Arts to provide martial arts instruction for both children and adults.
New program for adults and all levels. Class takes place from 8:45 to 9:40 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Saturday mornings. Pilates costs $50 for a four week session or a 10 punch pass is available for $140.
Vail Gymnastics Camp | Ages 4 and Older | Summer 2010
A week-long summer camp for children ages four and older that not only includes gymnastics, but also outdoor adventures such as hiking, visiting local parks and excursions to Dobson Ice Arena, the Imagination Station, Vail Nature Center and more. Details will be announced spring 2010 for summer camps.
Preschool/Toddler Gymnastics | Walking to 5 Years | $90 for Eight Weeks | Information
Children ages three to five years old will enjoy learning basic motor skills while exploring on the gym's obstacle course, balance and swinging areas. Some preschoolers may need parental assistance until children feel comfortable in class alone. Class is 45 minutes long. Please call ahead for drop-in.
Classes for Boys and Girls | Ages 6 and Older | $100 for Eight Weeks | Information
Classes are one hour and feature 10 to 15 minutes of structured warm-up to improve flexibility, strength and endurance, followed by rotations of apparatus and tumbling. Children will be grouped according to their age and skill level. Please call ahead for drop-in.

Trampoline | 6 Years and Older | 1 Hour | $100 for 8 Weeks
Classes include instruction on basic trampoline safety and perfecting ski and snowboard tricks. The trampoline is a 7’ x 14’ in-ground trampoline that leads into an 8' by 22' foam pit.

Open Gym Adult       |      Teen/Adult Drop In: 13 Years and Older       |      $10 Per Session
Open gym offers ages 13 years and older, of all skill levels, an opportunity to utilize the Gymnastics Center equipment including trampoline, tumbling mat, foam pit and more. 7:30 to 9 p.m. Thursdays and 8 to 9 p.m. Mondays.

Competitive Team Program       |      Ages Based on Skill Level
The Vail Gymnastics Center Competitive Team Program includes Pre-Team, Compulsory and Optional Programs. Team members compete in the Colorado Eagles League, as well as the USA Gymnastics Program. Visitors are encouraged to drop-in and practice with the team during their stay in the Vail Valley. Enrollment is by evaluation only. Call the gymnastics center for details. Birthday Parties | Information
Host a birthday party at the Gymnastics Center and guests will enjoy access to the trampoline, loose foam pit, rope swing, obstacle course, games and more. Parties are 90 minutes long and include instructors and invitations. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are encouraged, but not included.

Vail Gymnastics Center is located at 545 North Frontage Road on the north side of I-70. It is located on the Green and Red routes of the Town of Vail’s free transit service.
